Appearance: Pale yellow to light brown solid
Cocoa butter is a pale yellow fat extracted from cocoa beans. Solid at room temperature with a smooth texture, it melts easily around 34°C–38°C. It carries a subtle chocolate aroma and is widely used in cosmetics and chocolate production.
Rich in stearic and oleic acids, cocoa butter provides excellent emollient properties. It stabilizes formulations and prolongs shelf life. Its natural antioxidants and velvety consistency make it a preferred base in skincare and confectionery industries.
