Cocoa Butter

Cocoa butter is a pale yellow fat extracted from cocoa beans. Solid at room temperature with a smooth texture, it melts easily around 34°C–38°C. It carries a subtle chocolate aroma and is widely used in cosmetics and chocolate production.
